How do I Request a Box Kit from Brightstar?
Box kits are generic white boxes shipped from the Brightstar warehouse to the Rogers stores upon request. Box kits are used to mail devices to vendors for repair or when Customers return courtesy phones without the original box.
1. Select Box Kit Replenishment from the Store Options dropdown.
2. Click Create Order on the Replenish Box Kits page.
3. Select Box Kit from the Item dropdown and enter the number of boxes to be ordered. Click Submit.
