How Do I Assess the Condition of a Courtesy Phone Returned by a Customer?
1. Examine the courtesy phone according to the Cosmetic/Functional Standard below to determine if the courtesy phone has any damage.
2. Note the courtesy phone’s condition in the Additional Information section in the system.
• If the damage is due to a functionality issue, select Yes in the Is Device has any damage? section.
• If the damage is due to a cosmetic issue, select Yes in the Is Device has any cosmetic damage? section.
