If you purchased a Likewize Protection Plan with accidental damage coverage, the plan begins on the date of purchase. If you purchased a Likewize Protection Plan without accidental damage, coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty period ends. Power surge protection begins on date of purchase for both plan types.

If you reside in the United States, upon approval of your service request/claim, you will be provided with a reimbursement via a gift card based on the market value of the damaged/malfunctioning product at the time of service request/claim submission.
If you reside in Canada, once your service request/claim is approved, you will receive a reimbursement in the form of a cheque based on the market value of the damaged/malfunctioning product at the time of service request/claim submission.
No. There is no deductible for the Likewize Protection Plan after an approval of a service request/claim.

The Plan is a repair and replacement service provided to customers of Newegg Commerce, Inc.
