What’s covered?

The program provides coverage for:

  • Screen Break (front glass ONLY)
  • Accidental Damage from Handling, including liquid damage
  • Electrical/Mechanical Malfunction after the expiration of the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty

What’s not covered?

  • Normal Wear and Tear, encompassing occurrences like paint peeling and screen scratches.
  • Pre-existing flaws, referring to issues inherent to the model.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratched screens and plastic that does not impede the phone's full functionality.
  • Abuse, misuse, or intentional acts.

Service Request Details:

  • Subscribers are allowed to make (2) approved claims within any 12-month period, beginning from the date of their first approved claim.
  • Once the claim limit is reached, the plan stays active, but no further claims can be filed until the 12-month period resets.
  • Each approved claim can have a maximum monetary value of up to $3000.

Features:

  • There is no waiting period, and coverage begins immediately upon enrollment, if subscribers are enrolled within the 60 days of device activation.

The program provides coverage for:

  • Lost and Theft
  • Screen Break (Front glass only)
  • Accidental Damage from Handling (including liquid damage)
  • Electrical/Mechanical Malfunction after the expiration of the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty

What’s not covered?

  • Normal Wear and Tear, encompassing occurrences like paint peeling and screen scratches.
  • Pre-existing flaws, referring to issues inherent to the model.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratched screens and plastic that does not impede the phone's full functionality.
  • Abuse, misuse, or intentional acts.

Service Request Details:

  • Two (2) approved claims for Lost/Theft in any rolling twelve (12) month period is the maximum limit.
  • Two (2) approved service requests for Accidental Damage from Handling (including liquid damage) and Electrical/Mechanical Malfunction after the expiration of the one (1) year Warranty in any rolling twelve (12) month period.
  • Once this requirement is fulfilled, no further service requests or claims may be submitted until the twelve (12) month period has elapsed and resets.
  • There is a maximum monetary limit of up to $3000.00 approved claim.

What’s covered?

The program provides coverage for:

  • Lost and Theft
  • Screen Break (front and Back glass)
  • Accidental Damage from Handling (including liquid damage)
  • Electrical/Mechanical Malfunction provided that the subscriber maintains an active plan subscription.

What’s not covered?

  • Normal Wear and Tear, encompassing occurrences like paint peeling and screen scratches.
  • Pre-existing flaws, referring to issues inherent to the model.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratched screens and plastic that does not impede the phone's full functionality.
  • Abuse, misuse, or intentional acts.

Service Request Details:

  • Unlimited service requests for Accidental Damage from Handling (including liquid damage) and Hardware Malfunction.
  • There is a maximum of (2) approved service request/claim limit for Lost/Theft and, once this is met you will not be able to submit additional lost/theft service request/claims until the twelve (12) month period resets.
  • There is a maximum monetary limit of up to $3000.00 approved claim.

  • There is no waiting period; coverage begins immediately if enrollment occurs within 60 days of device activation.
  • Unlimited repair coverage, including front and back glass repairs for iPhone 12 models and newer.

*The Screen Repair Deductible for iPhone models 12 and newer (excluding iPhone SE) applies individually to front screen and back glass breakage. For illustrative purposes, if the claim is for both front screen and back glass breakage repair, the deductible is $78 ($39 per repair).
