When can I enroll?
You can also add Boost Protect with AppleCare Services to an eligible Apple device (iPhone 13 or newer) when you bring your device.
Moving your SIM card to another device may cause you to lose your Boost Protect with AppleCare Services coverage. Contact Boost and they’ll help you review your options.
Don’t worry. If you receive a replacement device through an approved claim, your coverage will continue automatically.
How do I cancel my coverage?
You may cancel Boost Protect or Boost Protect with AppleCare Services at any time by calling Boost Mobile Customer Care at 1-833-50-BOOST (1-833-502-6678). Premiums are prorated and refunded, according to applicable state law.
Important: If Boost Protect or Boost Protect with AppleCare Services is canceled, it cannot be added back to that device.
Do I need to keep Find My iPhone turned on?
Yes. The standard tracking app on your device (such as Find My iPhone) must be turned on and remain turned on for a claim to be processed for a lost or stolen device. Claims may be denied if it is turned off.
What’s changing with F-Secure Mobile Security?
Starting January 31, 2026, F-Secure Mobile Security will no longer be included with Boost Protect or Boost Protect with AppleCare Services.
If you activated the F-Secure app before January 31, 2026 using the SMS link provided, you can continue using its premium features through March 31, 2026.
How do I update my address?
Update your address in the Boost Mobile app or by visiting https://www.boostmobile.com/myaccount. Changes may take up to two business days to process.
What does Boost Protect and Boost Protect with AppleCare Services cover?
Coverage includes screen repairs, other damage repair (including liquid damage), malfunction of your device (for Boost Protect, malfunction coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired), or if your device is lost or stolen.

What should I do with my damaged device?
If your claim is approved and you receive a replacement, you must return your damaged device. We’ll include shipping instructions and packaging materials with your replacement. Make sure you return your device within 10 days to avoid being charged a non-return fee.
Before returning your device, disable Find My iPhone and remove it from your Apple account to avoid a locked device fee.

When do I pay the deductible or service fee?
How do I use my Boost Mobile store coupon?
You can use your coupon at any Boost Mobile store to buy a new device or accessories. To redeem your coupon, visit a Boost Mobile store and provide the mobile number and coupon number associated with your claim. Check your email for your coupon details.
Coupons must be used in-store and in one purchase, and any remaining balance cannot be carried over. Your coupon will be available as soon as your claim is completed. You can also view your coupon details in your claim portal under “Claim Details”.
