Home Tech Protect may cover mechanical or electrical breakdowns from normal use and power surge damage. Accidental damage from handling is available only for eligible product types listed in the Terms and Conditions.

Proof of purchase is required. Photos of the damage or other supporting documents may also be requested. The portal and your claim emails will tell you exactly what to provide and where to submit it.
